Naval Community Organisation Events Coordinators - (NCOEC)

The Naval Community Organisation Events Coordinators (NCOEC) previously known as Naval Information Bureau(NIB) is an information service for all Navy personnel, their families and civilian staff employed by Navy, anywhere in New Zealand, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

This service provides easy access to information on matters of everyday interest or concern.

Phones are staffed between 8 am and 4 pm New Zealand time from Monday to Friday. Outside these hours the telephone messaging system will provide the latest known information on the movements of Naval ships. 

A general notice board will carry details of current Naval community events and details of the Duty NCOEC cell phone number for use in emergencies outside of normal working hours.
