About Bridget Williams
I joined the Ohakea team in January 2014 following a career as a health professional. I am what you would call ‘a local’ and have lived rurally within a 15k radius from Ohakea Air Base all my life. Ohakea has always had a strong and positive presence in the wider community.
I have a tertiary qualification and background in health. I am a ‘people person’ and enjoy networking with both individuals and their families.
I have a family of my own and I understand how important it is for the employees of Ohakea Air Force Base and their families to feel integrated and included within both the Ohakea and wider community. I am keen to make sure that everyone feels welcome and that they are aware of the social and support networks Ohakea and the wider community have to offer. I also have lots of resources and information to assist individuals and families to access additional support should they want it.
I have an open-door policy so please feel free to pop in for a cuppa and a chat.
