Custard Fruit Tart
This is one of the easiest and fastest desserts around, great for unexpected guests or to fill hungry children.
1 ½ cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup coconut
50g melted butter
2 cups milk
4 eggs
Fruit on top
Mix altogether and bake in flan tin 180°C.
I usually spray or lightly grease the flan tin, or use a quiche dish that can go directly to table. You can use any fruit on top. It also keeps really well.
